Great help for single pilot on the gound
I didn't realize my parking space was on a slight slant but over time it was getting harder and harder to push the plane back. Somebody (wife) finally said, you getting older, buy a tug. So I did. The Sidewinder is well built and does the job really well. I did have to move the sleave that holds the bar in place for the angle. The original angle was too acute for an Ovation and there was no way to remove the tug without hitting the prop hub. I contacted support and they got right back to me. It was easy to move the sleave and make the angle flatter. Now it is really easy to install and remove the Sidewinder without hitting the prop hub. Even when I am close to my parking space, I still pull out the Sidewinder. It just makes it so much easier. A few people have stopped by to look at it while I am using it and they are impressed. Thanks for a great product.

tug
I have only had the opportunity to use it once since I bought it. It worked as expected. I like the option of being able to take it with me in the plane.

Sidewinder tug
Overall, I’m happy with the tug. It took some effort to clean out the nose gear’s receiving port so the fig could slip on and off. Going up the hangar lip requires some speed and nudge on the spinner because the nose tire can slip, even with substantial down pressure on the sidewinder. Overall, it works very well.
